- This monitor is compatible with 13'-16' (with border) laptops, not compatible with M1 Chip Macbook, M2 Macbook Air and 17' laptops.
- If you connect with a Type-C cable, please ensure that your Laptop's Type-C port supports power and data transfer. If the screen shows 'No Signal', you need to connect an HDMI cable to transfer data!
- If the screen does Not Light Up after connecting, it may be because the laptop voltage is low; an additional USB cable can be used to power the screen.

<1>: If you are using HDMI to support video transmission, connect USB-C to USB-A to ensure power is supplied to the laptop. HDMI and USB-A cables need to be used at the same time.
<2>: If your laptop is connected to a USB-C port like the 'USB SS' type, it means only power, no video output, and you must use a docking station or HDMI adapter cable to extend the additional DisplayPort.
<3>: If you use 2 Type-C cables to connect the screen and Monitor, please ensure that all your Type-C ports (Type-C full function, power and video 2 in 1) support video signal transmission. You can find port information by consulting your laptop manual.
► Q2: Why does one screen not light up after connecting the cable?
<1>: Due to insufficient voltage on some laptops, one screen may not light up properly. You can try to use an adapter to power the screen or use an extra USB cable to power the screen.
<2>: Note: The following laptops are not compatible with triple-screen and therefore only support one screen at a time: Macbook Pro (2012 and earlier); Macbook Air M2; M1 Chip Macbook.
<3>: Some new models of notebooks (such as Macbooks) have two TYPE-C ports, but functionally only one C port (power and video combo) can output signals. So only one screen can be displayed. You can start another monitor screen by extending the USB-A and HDMI ports through a hub and connecting them simultaneously.
<4>: Some older laptops don't have HDMI or Type-C ports to connect the Monitor. You can connect via HDMI and USB-A ports that are expanded using a HUB, docking station, or multiport adapter.
