*** A2: First of all, make sure the USB-C port on your laptop should be full-funtion USB-C (or Thunderbolt 3.0/4.0)ports;
Secondly, make sure you connect the port correctly. There are two Type-C ports on the monitor's right side. The upper Type-C port can transmit data and supply power, and the lower one can supply power only. You should plug the upper one to connect you laptop.
